The J.D. program requires the completion of 90 semester hours and is divided into full-time and part-time divisions.

In addition to the basic first-year curriculum, students must satisfactorily complete the following courses and other requirements:

• Constitutional Law I and II
• 24 credit hours of core courses (highlighted in the list of courses offered)
• Upper division writing requirement
• Public service requirement
• Complete at least one "Perspective" course
• Complete the Professional Responsibility course
• Complete the Lawyering Skills course in the second year
