Law Clinic (CASE) Fellowship Applications Now Being Accepted!!

The student attorneys are responsible for handling all aspects of the cases. This includes interviewing the client, prepping the client for the hearing, gathering evidence, participating in hearings as a student attorney, and closing the case. The Law Clinic gives students real court room experience with real clients. /ppTo be eligible to participate in the clinic, students must have completed 60 hours. This is a requirement under Rules of the Supreme Court (SCR) 2.540 to receive a limited license to practice law. $3,500 Donan Energy Law Summer Fellowship

Applications are now being accepted from 1Ls and 2Ls for the Mr. and Mrs. Bill Donan Energy Law Summer Fellowship which will support a Brandeis student who works this summer in the field of energy law. The amount of the fellowship is $3,500. The Brandeis student selected for this fellowship will be placed for the summer with the Kentucky Energy and Environment Cabinet Department of Natural Resources and must commit to working full time for a minimum of 10 weeks.
