For Current Students
Welcome Students!
Your education is only the first step toward a rewarding career in law. Our Career Services team has created a one-stop shop to help you get the internship or job you'll love. Remember to also stop by our office for advice on resumes, tips on unposted jobs, a schedule of on-campus interviews, and for any questions you have. Here is a helpful timeline to keep you on track.
If you need to re-familiarize yourself with the interview process, we have guides to help you write the perfect cover letter, a resume that best shows off your skills, what to expect during the interview, and the proper etiquette throughout the whole process.
If you are still looking for the right job, check out our job banks. Our UofL job bank is comprised of jobs that employers have submitted directly to us. You can also check other job posting sites. For each of these sites we have a walk-through on how to access them and what passwords, if any, are needed to access them. Check our directory for other resources.
If you still haven't found the perfect job, or if you want to see what is out there, check out our list of upcoming career fairs.
If you are interested in a judicial clerkship, follow our link to the 2009 Guide to State Judicial Clerkship Procedures.
