The UofL Law IT Department would like to know how many students are using tablet computers, and which models are most popular among law students. Please take a minute to complete our survey!

Mr. Alan Tse (pronounced "say"), the Executive Vice President and General Counsel for Churchill Downs
coming in to speak about his position at Churchill, how he got there,
and any advice
he has for students wishing to get into sports law or
business/corporation law. Also, Churchill Downs has a legal internship
program so this would be a great opportunity for those interested to
make a great networking connection with Mr. Tse!! Also in attendance
will be recent Brandeis graduate, Lizzie Gersh. Lizzie was a co-founder
of SELS back in 2008, has been working in Churchill's legal department
since she graduated in 2010, and will have some great insight from the
perspective of a recent grad. Sandwiches,
snacks, and drinks will be provided.  The Event will be in room 175.

Reserved Speed Mentoring ProgramRequires application to be submitted to Professor Laura Rothstein by Monday, March 5. Members of the bar will have 6-8 minute conversations with students (like a speed dating program).  Students will speak to each mentor.
