National Labor Relations Board is currently holding a hearing in the Allen Courtroom at UofL Brandeis School of Law which is open to law student attendance.  The hearing is daily from 9a.m.-5p.m., Monday, January 7, through Thursday, January 17. There will be no proceedings from Friday, January 11 through Sunday, January 13.  The hearing is being held in front of an administrative law judge from the National Labor Relations Board, and is about a successor employer which, among other things, allegedly failed to bargain in good faith with the union.  The hearing takes the form of a trial, so students interested in labor and employment law or trial work will benefit from attending.
