Download and Install Exam4

  1. Go to Extegrity's Web site
  2. Click for Law schools
  3. On the alphabetical list, click K for Kentucky
  4. Under Kentucky, click University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law
  5. Complete the Registration Form by providing your first and last name, class year and e-mail address, select your operating system and click the Submit form button
  6. Read the download and installation instructions for your browser (Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox), then check the acknowledgement box. After checking the box, a download link will appear
  7. Click the download link and follow the appropriate instructions for your browser (Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox)

Hardware and Operating System Requirements

  • 10 MB free hard disk space
  • Full administrative control over your laptop
  • Wireless network connectivity
    All Apple Macintosh computers must have a working built-in WiFi Connection (10.7 and up)/AirPort (10.6).
  • Functioning USB port
  • A supported operating system:
    • Microsoft Windows 8.1
    • Microsoft Windows 8
    • Microsoft Windows 7
    • Microsoft Windows Vista
    • Apple OS X 10.10 (Yosemite)
    • Apple OS X 10.9 (Mavericks)
    • Apple OS X 10.8 (Mountain Lion)
    • Apple OS X 10.7 (Lion)
    • Apple OS X 10.6 (Snow Leopard) (64-bit only)
      Exam4 no longer supports 32-bit Mac, Snow Leopard. Mac users with 32-bit Snow Leopard (OS 10.6) will need to purchase a new laptop or rent or borrow one for laptop testing and finals if they intend to use Exam4. You may follow these instructions to determine if you have 32- or 64-bit Snow Leopard.

Please note that the following operating systems and hardware configurations are not supported:

  • Apple Macintosh OS X 10.5 Leopard and earlier
  • Apple Macintosh OS X 10.6 32-bit Snow Leopard
  • Apple iDevices (iPad, iPhone, etc.)
  • Microsoft Windows XP and earlier
  • Microsoft Surface (RT versions)
  • Linux
  • Chromebooks
  • Virtual operating systems (VMs)
  • Anything else not specifically listed as supported above
