Welcome to the new Lawlapalooza Web site. For 2008, in addition to a visual redesign, we're adding new features.

For bands, the new features include:

• Web Site Registration: By creating an account for yourself and your band, you can post a profile of the band, including your roster, a photo, band bio, audio sample, and more. Registration will ensure we've got up-to-date and accurate contact info, and also make it much easier to sign up to participate in Lawlapalooza Tour 2008.
• Today's Featured Band: When you register your band, you can choose to include yourselves in our "Today's Featured Band" and increase your exposure.
• Private Content: Access to information for musicians only, available upon site registration.
• Online Payment for Registration Fee (Available Soon): We're also going to add online payment for the band registration fee.

Get Started!

• Under Musician Login, click Create new account.
• Complete the form and provide two categories of information:
1. Account Information - a user name and e-mail address. We recommend using your e-mail address for both.
2. Band Profile - A daytime or cell phone number and a mailing address. Both of these fields are private and will never be displayed publicly.
• Then click Create new account.
• Your account request must be approved, and you'll get an e-mail notifying you when your account is active.
• Follow the link provided in that e-mail to log in the first time. Then change the system-generated password to something of your own creation.

Once You're Logged In ...

• A For Musicians category of links will appear on the right navigation bar.
• Click My Band. You'll see two sets of options: View and Edit.
• Click Edit, where you can modify your Account information and Band Profile information.
• Under Account, you can change your password, if you need to, and upload a photo of your band.
• Under Band Profile, you can provide the name of your band, the type of music you play, list your band members, write a brief bio of your band, and more.
