Pre-Show Deadlines

• August 26, 2011
  Register your band for competition beginning at 10:00 a.m. EDT, Friday, August 26, 2011. Band registration ends September 2, 2011, 10:00 a.m. EDT
  Registration fee ($100) due at time of registration.
• September 15, 2011
  Your band's profile on this Web site must be complete and up to date, including the band's name, type of music, band Web site, law firm/school affiliation, roster, and bio. Information about your band will appear on t-shirts and posters and in the event program, all of which must be produced well in advance of the show. Missing or incomplete information will be improvised at your peril.
  Also by September 15, e-mail a high resolution, color photo of your band to lawlapalooza@louisville.edu.
• October 21, 2011
  Submit a stage plot for your band.

Day of Show

• What to Bring:
1. Your instrument(s), effects pedals or other similar devices, and cables
2. Guitar and keyboard amps. Bass amp will be provided.
3. Drummers: Your own sticks and brushes. At your option, you may also bring your own cymbals, kick drum pedal and snare drum.
• What NOT to Bring:
1. Drum kit (other than your own cymbals, kick drum pedal and snare drum, at your option, as described above.)
2. Microphones, stands, cables
3. Other P.A. gear, like speaker cabinets, etc.
4. Lighting gear/equipment
• Band members MUST have their pass with them to enter.
• Band members should load instruments, amps, etc. in and out through the fire doors at the back of the Phoenix Hill Tavern Saloon, but should NOT do so while another band is performing.
• Parking behind Phoenix Hill Tavern is recommended.
