Reel 92 Zionism-Palestine 1930
Reel 92 begins with correspondence from Samuel J.
Rosensohn, lawyer and chairman of the finance committee of the Zionist Organization
of American (ZOA), on the new British policy on Palestine, as well as ZOA auditors'
reports. Other items discuss the possibility of Brandeis' return to active leadership of
the Zionist movement; the Dead Sea Project; the drafting of the Passfield White Paper;
and the reorganization of the Jewish Agency for Palestine. The reel ends with general
correspondence for 1930. Correspondents include Robert Szold, Israel B. Brodie, British
Ambassador S.R.C. Lindsay, Jacob J. Kaplan, Norman Hapgood, Irma L. Lindheim, Zip
