The merger material ends here with correspondence between Brandeis and Carl Vrooman, Norman Hapgood, Charles M. Cox and Charles P. Hall; draft legislation, and published reports, including selected Interstate Commerce Commission hearings. Many I.C.C. reports were not filmed, and are available either in the collection or at the University of Louisville School of Law.
