Gene Teitelbaum, Justice Louis D. Brandeis: a Bibliography of Writings and Other Materials on the Justice. (Littleton: Fred B. Rothman & Co., 1988.) A bibliography that updates Mersky as well as adding some items missed by him. These two works form a complete list of Brandeis research up to the late 1980's.
