Students Needed for Admissions Open House

The Admissions Department needs students who are interested in participating in the Student Panel for an Open House for admitted students this Thursday April 10. The Student Panel will begin at 9:15 am and will end by 10:00 am. If anyone is interested in participating in this panel please contact Wendy Groce-Smith at wlgroc01@louisville.edu.

Central High School Students Experience Law School Life

On April 2, sophomores from Louisville's Central High School visited the University of Louisville's Brandeis School of Law to learn more about the law school experience. Students toured the campus, talked with admissions counselors, and met with law students and law faculty. The students were able to sit in on Torts and Property Law classes and hear Oral Arguments from current law students.

Central High School Magnet Career Academy offers a law & government program, and students in this program have opportunities to visit courts, law offices and the Brandeis School of Law.

UCC Law Bloggers Credit Dean Chen with Getting Them Started

Calling All Students: Admissions Seeks Volunteers for Student Panel

The Admissions Department is having An Open House Event on March 19 from 12:00 - 4:00 for people interested in attending law school. We need volunteers who would be willing to be part of a student panel. The visitors will be sitting in on a 1:00 class, so the Panel will take place around 2:25 or 2:30. If you are interested participating in this Open House please contact Wendy Groce-Smith at wlgroc01@louisville.edu. Any help you could give would be very much appreciated.

Preview Events Scheduled

The preview events will explain the admission process, answer financial aid questions, and provide insight on the study of law. Those attending will be able to talk with current law students both during a tour and during a panel. There will also be the opportunity to sit-in a law school class.
