Loyola Patent Law Interview Program - Student Registration begins Monday, February 11th
The Loyola Patent Law Interview Program is a two-day interview program held in Chicago each summer that brings together patent law employers and law students from across the country to interview for summer associate positions and post-graduate employment. The 2013 Patent Law Interview Program will be held on Thursday, August 1 and Friday, August 2, 2013.
Student registration will be handled online at: https://patentlawregistration.luc.edu/lawstudents/ and begins on Monday, February 11 and ends on Monday, March 4. If you want to participate, you must register by the deadline. Because of the verification process that will have to take place immediately after student registration closes, late student registrations will not be accepted.
Only law students are eligible to participate in the Patent Law Interview Program. It is not required that students be patent bar eligible to register for the program; however, many employers require patent bar eligibility as a qualification for bidding on interviews, and most employers strongly prefer patent bar eligible students. For more information on eligibility for the patent bar, please refer to the General Requirements Bulletin from the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office.
The 2013 Patent Law Interview Program will be accepting registrations from:
JD students graduating in May/June 2014 (3Ls)
JD students graduating in May/June 2015 (2Ls)
JD students graduating in December 2013/January 2014 (3Ls)
JD students graduating in December 2014/January 2015 (2Ls)
Students in Intellectual Property LLM programs with anticipated graduation dates in 2014 and 2015
Students who will graduate before the program is held in August 2013 and students who plan to graduate after May/June 2015 are not eligible for the 2013 Patent Law Interview Program.
