The topic of this year’s presentation in the lecture series is “Ethical and Professional Issues Involved in
Dealing with Impaired or Disabled Colleagues.” This program will focus on situations in which practitioners encounter lawyers and judges with substance abuse problems, mental health issues, physical illnesses, aging or related conditions that may cause impairment to practice, represent clients or preside over court proceedings. What can, should and must be done?
