Are interested in starting your own firm when you graduate? Do you hope to work at a small law firm where you will be involved in decisions regarding firm operations? Are you not sure right now, but want to learn more?
The Chair of the Law Practice Management Section of the ABA, Bob Young, is a UofL graduate and will be speaking during a lunchtime program at the law school on October 1st about four core areas of law practice: law firm finance, marketing, management, and technology. He will discuss topics such as the impact of technology on the practice of law, law firm branding, and options available to attorneys such as virtual law firms.
Students who hope to one day start your own law firm or who plan to work for a small law firm will find this program helpful. Robert Young practices with the law firm of English, Lucas, Priest & Owsley, LLP, in Bowling Green.
