Learn about the Equal Justice Works Career Fair for Public Service & How to Get Funding

If you're interested in job opportunities with government agencies and public interest organizations, the Office of Professional Development will host an information session on the Equal Justice Works Conference and Career Fair on Thursday, August 28 from 12:00 noon to 1:00 p.m. in Room 177. Dean Hajek and law students who have previously attended the conference will be on hand to answer questions and provide more details.  All students are invited to attend.

Mark your calendar for the Equal Justice Works Conference and Career Fair on October 24-25 in Washington, D.C. The largest public interest career fair in the country, the EJW Conference gives law students from across the country the opportunity to interview with non-profit and government agencies, network with other public interest-minded law students and attorneys, and attend advising and skill-building workshops. The registration and application deadline for submitting resumes is September 16. Dean Hajek will discuss UofL funding for this Conference and how students can apply to have expenses for the trip paid by the law school.
