LBA Pro Se Divorce Clinic Training Available
Are you interested in family law? Are you not sure, but would like to find out? Here's the perfect opportunity for you.
The Louisville Bar Association will be holding a training session for students interested in participating in their pro se divorce clinics. The training will begin at 9:00 a.m. on Friday, September 12, 2014 followed by a clinic from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon at the Judicial Center downtown. Subsequent clinics will be held from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at the Judicial Center on the second and fourth Fridays of the month.
Students will receive public service credit for the training and participation in the clinics. Students do not need to commit to attending each clinic. Completion of the LBA Pro Se Divorce training also allows students to participate in the Legal Aid Pro Se Divorce Clinics which are scheduled at various times throughout the year.
