A presentation to the faculty by Veli-Pekka Viljanen, who is visiting from the University of Turku in Finland. Mr. Viljanen's teaching specialities include: Theory of Constitutional Rights (from Finnish and European Perspective), Finnish Constitutional Law (especially Constitutional Reforms 1995 and 2000), and European Convention on Human Rights.
