"What You Need to Know About Being a Professional in the Practice of Law"
Each year, members of the Louis Brandeis Inn of Court partner with the law school to present four programs on professionalism and the practice of law. Each program has a distinguished panel, and a dozen or so members of the Inn join in the audience. This is a great chance for students to get practical advice on the practice of law and to meet some of the best lawyers and judges in the region. Inn members want to form mentoring relationships with our students and be available to them as they go out in the world.
The speakers for this program are as follows:
- Judge Tom Wine, Court of Appeals
- J. Michael Brown, Secretary Justice and Public Safety Cabinet
- Laurel Doheny, Greenebaum Doll & McDonald, Louisville
- Edmund Karem, Mediation and Arbitration
- William Johnson, Johnson, True & Guarnieri, Frankfort
- Kenyon Meyer, Dinsmore & Shohl, Louisville
