Yoga in the Law School

Feeling a little stressed out?  Yoga may help.  The Law School will offer free yoga classes starting the Wednesday after Labor Day.  The one-hour classes will commence on Wednesday, September 7, at 11:50 a.m. in Room LL77, and be held every Monday and Wednesday at 11:50 until October (at which time we may change the times to make the classes available to others).

Loren Crawford, an experienced instructor, will teach the classes.  Loren emphasizes that no prior experience or knowledge of yoga is required or expected (although we do hope that participants realize the difference between yoga, on the one hand, and "yoghurt", "Yogi Berra", and "Yogi Bear" on the other).  Complete novices are especially welcome.

The Law School will provide mats.  Participants should wear comfortable clothes (feel free to change into shorts or sweats).

As an added incentive for students to participate, every student who attends the first session and signs the attendance sheet will be entered into a drawing for a lavish and glitzy prize.

Hope to see you in Room LL77 on the 7th!
