Congratulations to Brandon K. Johnson and Eric Johnson who represented the University of Louisville this past weekend in the Giles Sutherland Rich Memorial Patent Law Moot Court Competition in Houston, TX. Although Brandon and Eric did not advance to the next round, they received a lot of positive feedback from the judges. They were praised for having well-structured arguments, being prepared to answer difficult questions, and also handling adverse facts well, without having to concede main points. Additionally, Brandon and Eric forced the other team to concede main points of their argument and the judges were impressed with the way the team addressed several points on rebuttal that were brought up by the judges during the other side's argument. Congratulations again to Brandon and Eric for representing our school so well in Houston.
