Congressional Summer Internships for Congressman Geoff Davis, Fourth District of KY
What: An unpaid internship in one of Congressman Geoff Davis’ District Offices in Kentucky for students who are interested in gaining hands-on experience in a Congressional office learning about issues that are important to Kentucky and the United States.
When: Internships are available for the Spring, Summer and Fall semesters. Internships in the district require a minimum of eight hours per week.
Where: District offices in Fort Mitchell, Ashland and La Grange.
Why: The Congressional Internship Program is designed to provide students with a first-hand experience in the inner workings of a Congressional office that cannot be replicated in a classroom environment. The program will provide eager and motivated students with a solid foundation upon which they can explore their career options. Academic credit can be applied upon discussion with the Internship Coordinator and respective School Administrator.
How: The completed application and coordinating materials should be submitted via email at ky04interns@gmail.com or mailed to The Honorable Geoff Davis, Attn: Congressional Internship Coordinator, 300 Buttermilk Pike, Suite 101, Ft. Mitchell, KY 41017. Incomplete applications will not be accepted.
Summer Session – Preference will extended to those who submit applications by April 15th
Fall Session – Preference will extended to those who submit applications by July 15th
Spring Session – Preference will extended to those who submit applications by November 15th
