UofL Office of Community Engagement Fifth Year Anniversary of the Signature Partnership Initiative with West Louisville

On Tuesday, May 8, from 5:30-7:30 PM, at the African American Heritage Center, 1702 West Muhammad Ali Boulevard, President Ramsey will host a celebration of the Signature Partnership Initiative, recognizing community partnerships with West Louisville.  The Law School will have a table display about our partnership with Central High School, which was one of the first Signature Partnerships to be officially recognized.

Other community partnerships that affect residents of West Louisville are the Law School’s Clinic, under the direction of Shelly Santry, which was highlighted in the UofL Community Engagement 2005-2010 Progress Report, “Realizing the Dream” and Tony Arnold’s Food Justice and Land Use program.
