The Attorney General's Office is seeking a part-time clerk to compile and maintain a Motion Bank for the Commonwealth's Attorneys relative to capital case litigation.  The position is funded by a U.S. Department of Justice grant through FFY 2014.  This year-round position will require approximately 15 hours per week with flexible scheduling.

Qualifications should include:  strong research skills, Constitutional Criminal Law would be helpful, attention to detail, previous background in criminal law would be helpful
