Week-Long Project Slot Available to all Students
Last week, the Office of Professional Development held it's third annual Week-Long Project Lottery. After all interested first years signed up, we have one vacancy available that we are offering to all students.
Will Metcalf, Director of Export and Secure Research Compliance at the University of Louisville, is in need of a student to do research and prepare a memo outlining the intersection of ITAR and the anti-discrimination provisions of the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA) and briefs of cases documenting enforcement actions again universities or other research organizations for violations of the INA anti-discrimination provisions.
More details on these organizations is attached.
Mr. Metcalf is a 2011 graduate of the Louis D. Brandeis School of Law. The work can be performed in Jouett Hall behind the law school, but is not necessary. A student with a tech background would be preferred.
