I joined the UofL Law IT Department in October of 2011 as the User Support Manager. 

As the User Support Manager it is my pleasure to provide front line computing, printing, audio-visual, and instructional technologies support for UofL Law faculty, staff, and students; technical support for student exams on computer; end-user computer and software training; and supervise the soon-to-be-staffed student helpdesk in front of the Law Library computer lab.  I also work closely with the UofL Information Technology Department and other outside organizations, including the Kentucky Office of Bar Admissions regarding administration of the Kentucky Bar Exam on computer.

In 2000 I earned an AAS in CIS: Programming then quickly became a Microsoft Certified Professional and trained in A+ hardware repair, Cisco network administration, and am in the process of finishing a BS in IT:Telecommunications Systems Management. I started this position with over 10 years of experience in project management, and in providing various technical/software support and training at an institution of higher learning.
