100% of proceeds go to raising funds for medical supplies in rural Ecuador!
All Monday, March 25th, 100% of O'Sheas profits at the Highlands location will be donated to purchasing medical supplies for rural Ecuador. More information can be found on our Facebook Event. Our trip is sponsored by an Indianapolis-based Non-Profit Organzition, Timmy Global Health. With your help, this could potentially be our biggest fund raiser of the year (previous Fund Days have raised as much as $2,500).
So stop by and have lunch, second lunch, dinner, drinks, and help spread the word!

Posted March 19th, 2013 by Brian StrunkThe SBA would like to congratulate B.J. Hardy for being selected as Student of the Month for February. B.J. has been selected as the Editor in Chief for Volume 52 of the University of Louisville Law Review and serves as Research Assistant for Professor Sweeny. He is a 2011 KLEO scholar and currently serves as an Academic Fellow. This past summer, B.J. clerked for Judge David Tapp in the 28th Judicial Circuit of Kentucky.
Any law student, faculty, or staff may nominate, and the SBA votes to approve, the Student of the Month award. The Student of the Month is recognized for his or her dedication to increasing the University of Louisville Law School's reputation. The SBA Public Relations Chair facilitates this award and current SBA members are not eligible to win the Student of the Month.

January Student of the Month - Lauren Claycomb
Posted March 19th, 2013 by Brian StrunkThe SBA would like to congratulate Lauren Claycomb for being selected as Student of the Month for January. Lauren is the Senior Articles Editor for the University of Louisville Law Review and serves as Research Assistant for Professor Levinson. She is a member of the Brandeis Inn of Court and was an Academic Advisor during the 2011-2012 school year. Following graduation, Lauren will be clerking for Senior District Judge Charles R. Simpson III in the United States District Court for the Western District of Kentucky.

December Student of the Month - Brad Johnson
Posted March 19th, 2013 by Brian StrunkThe SBA would like to congratulate Brad Johnson for being selected as Student of the Month for December. Brad recently graduated a semester early and secured a position with the Hopkins County Attorney's office In Madisonville, Kentucky. During his tenure at Brandeis, Brad served as a Library Research Assistant and was a 2-year member of the Arbitration Moot Court Team where he served as team leader.
