April 1 Deadline for 2013 ABA Law Student Division Annual Awards
Each year, the ABA Law Student Division recognizes law students, law schools, and law school organizations as part of its Annual Awards Program.
Get the recognition your law school deserves by applying for a Law Student Division National Award. Each year, the ABA Law Student Division recognizes the achievements of individual law students, law school organizations, and law schools on a national level through the Division's Annual Awards program.
Don't delay - the deadline for Award Nominations is 10 days away!
Nominate the law students and student organizations at your law school that you feel deserve to be recognized for their worthwhile efforts in the following categories:
• Student Bar Association (SBA);
• Public Interest;
• Membership and Activity;
• Law School Newspaper; and
• VITA (Volunteer Income Tax Assistance) Programs.
The nomination forms are available online and must be submitted with the required accompanying materials. Remember, the signature of your law school dean is required to be considered for an award, so please plan accordingly. The deadline for receipt of nominations by the ABA Law Student Division is April 1, 2013.
All award winners will be announced and recognized during the ABA Law Student Division Assembly held in conjunction with the ABA Annual Meeting in San Francisco, California, August 8-10, 2013.
