Student Bar Foundation Fellowship Applications - Last Call!

Applications for the Student Bar Foundation Fellowships are now available below and at the Student Bar Foundation student organization website, http://www.law.louisville.edu/students/sbf, and are due by 5:00 p.m. on April 16, 2012.

The Student Bar Foundation is the charitable giving arm of the Student Bar Association at the Brandeis School of Law. This student-run organization helps raise and distribute funds for student fellowships or travel stipends for law-related public service work with a focus on:

  • Delivery of legal services to the poor and indigent
  • Law related public education
  • Improvement of the judiciary, the legal profession, and citizen access to the justice system

To qualify for a Student Bar Foundation fellowship, a student must have secured a position or developed a project, in which they will engage for at least 10 weeks and for no fewer than 35 hours per week. As the fellowship application indicates, the project must also satisfy the mission of the Student Bar Foundation. Three copies of the completed application packets are due by 5:00 p.m. on April 16, 2012, to the student mailbox of Sarah Clay, addressed to the Student Bar Foundation. Please see the application document for additional information on the fellowship qualifications and requirements
