In collaboration with University of Louisville IT, the UofL Law Information Technology Department strives to provide law students, faculty and staff a stable, secure and robust technology environment. To fulfill that mission, the IT Department offers, administers or assists with:
Help Desk
The UofL Law IT Help Desk supports office, classroom, lab, and clinic computers; desktop operating systems and applications; printers and printing; telephones and voice mail; and issues with most other technologies.
IT Staff
The UofL Law IT Department is managed by Jim Becker, Assistant Dean for Information Technology. Christie Ballenger, User Support Manager, provides direct support and training to law students, faculty and staff. Michael Hicks, Workstation and Server Manager, maintains desktop and other computers and administers servers and other network resources.
