Reel 8 Nutter, McClennen & Fish 1900-1907

Reel 8 contains correspondence, newsclippings, reports, and speeches on controversial topics such as the proposed construction of the Washington Street Subway, Boston's Public Schools, and anti-bribery laws. Brandeis's behind the scenes role in preparing the miner's case before the Coal Strike Commission in 1902 is also documented. Correspondents include Morton Prince, Albert E. Pillsbury, A.
