Give "Om" a Chance! Yoga every Monday and Wednesday at the Law School!
Research shows that yoga enhances concentration, boosts mood, aids learning & memory, develops strength & flexibility, supports relaxation, increases physical fitness & body awareness, and is fun!
If you have not had an opportunity to attend a yoga class at the law school, it's not too late. Beginning, January 28, 45-minute yoga classes will be offered every Monday and Wednesday at noon in the Washer Lounge. The classes are free, no experience is required, and yoga mats are provided. All you need is comfortable clothing.
