Presidential Management Fellows - Information Session - Wednesday, October 2nd - Brandeis Room (112) at Noon
If you are a third-year student and interested in learning about the PMF Program, please attend the information session scheduled for Wednesday, October 2nd in the Brandeis Room at Noon.
Jayci Roney, a 2011 graduate, is currently a PMF at the U.S. Immigration & Citizenship Services for the Dept. of Homeland Security in Louisville. Ms. Roney will be speaking on the application process and her experiences and will answer questions.
The application period for the Presidential Management Fellows program is October 1 - 15. The PMF Program is a two-year flagship leadership development program at the entry level for advanced degree candidates. It is designed to develop leadership capabilities as well as to create a cadre of potential government leaders. Most of the federal agencies where you would work will be in or around Washington, DC although there are opportunities nationwide.
You will gain experience and develop your talents at a single Federal agency where you will be given the opportunity to solve problems, think strategically and become a future leader. The Become A PMF section on the PMF website will soon be updated for the PMF Class of 2014 application cycle.
