The topic for the next program in the law school's Diversity Forum Series is ENDA (Employment Non-Discrimination Act), Transgender Identity, and Community. A three-person panel will discuss ENDA generally, the case for inclusion of transgender people in ENDA, and the politics of ENDA.
This event is part of the UofL Pride Week celebration, and is co-sponsored by ACLU of KY, ACS, BLSA, Fairness Campaign, Kentucky Commission on Human Rights, Lambda Law Caucus, SBA, UofL LGBT Services Office. The program will be moderated by Lucas Vance of Lambda Law Caucus.
