Tidying up - Post Finals Items

Students - Congratulations on finishing strong this semester!


This is a reminder that if you have been given key to an office or have purchased a lock that you please return them to the administration to receive your deposit back.

Keys should be returned to Jon-Paul Moody in Room 204.

Locks should be returned to room 204. 


Finally, please clean out the refrigerators of any items you wish to keep before leaving!

Please take time to log onto TWEN and vote for your Hooding Professor.  Go to the 2013 TWEN page Spring 2013 SBA Election, click on customized polling, and vote for Hooding Professor.  You get two votes.  The top vote-getter will be the Hooding Professor and the second-highest will be the Assistant Hooding Professor.  The Election closes on Tuesday, April 22 at Noon.  Thank you and we are almost there!!

SBA Run-Off Election on TWEN: Vote Monday through Thursday at Noon

Run-Off Election to determine 2L Honor Council Representatives and Alternate begins Monday at 9 AM and ends Thursday at 12 PM.  Please vot on TWEN under the same 2013 SBA Elections.  Go to Customized Polling on the left hand side and pick Honor Council Run-Off Election.  The Election Results are also released. Ratcliffe, and Alexandra Chase Williams.  Two will be on the Honor Council, and one will be an Alternate.  The Run-off Election will occur on TWEN, begin Monday, April 8, 2013 at 9 AM, and close Thursday, April 11, 2013 at 12 PM.  The Run-off Election was extended due to the success of the University’s Basketball Teams!

Congratulations!  The last SBA meeting of the year is April 16, 2013 at 8:30 PM. in Room 175.  Current and Newly-Elected Officers are expected to attend.   If you cannot attend, you must email Charlie Rowland ( 24 hours in advance.  Honor Council Members and Alternates should plan to attend this meeting, or set an alternate time and send notice to Mr. Rowland, to discuss transitional matters.

Career Week - Today's Lineup

Today, April 4 at 1pm in room 175, Education Law and Public Policy Society will be hosting an event for Career Week. The event will focus on various aspects of this field, the nature of law and role of attorneys related to education, and opportunities in the city of Louisville. Speakers will include  Teddy Gordon (solo practitioner), Oliver Barber (Barber, Banaszynski & Associates), Byron Leet (Wyatt Tarrant Combs), Angela Koshewa (University of Louisville). Food will be provided.
